With a solid experience in commercial real estate and selective distribution, Eric DAMIRON joined the Hermione group in 2018 and as such manages the Department Stores activity, which today consists of 22 outlets affiliated with Galeries Lafayette and its 750 employees.
Eric developed a sense of entrepreneurship very early, thanks to his father, then a Lyon silk business manager. He began his career with the LVMH group in 1988, first as director of management control at Le Bon Marché, then from 1994 as director of the Franck & Fils department store, which he renovated. In 1997, he joined the British real estate company HAMMERSON for 4 years as operations manager then created his own commercial real estate consulting company, Strateo Consulting, which he operated for 8 years.
Between 2012 and 2015, Eric held the position of President (CEO) of the French subsidiary of Corio, a Dutch shopping center company which he reorganized before its takeover by the property company Klépierre. In 2015, he was appointed Managing Director France of Wereldhave, a Dutch investment company specializing in commercial real estate, owner in France of the Docks76 and Saint Sever (Rouen), Rivétoile (Strasbourg), Coté Seine (Argenteuil), Docks Vauban (Le Havre) and Mériadeck (Bordeaux).
